As the Director of Catering, Events, and Marketing, she brings over 13 years experience in the hospitality industry. With a degree in Event Management and six years specializing in catering, Tabitha excels at crafting unforgettable events. Her expertise spans creating exceptional catering experiences, overseeing all marketing efforts, and energizing the live music scene. Originally from Ellensburg, she is passionate about creating a warm, community-focused, and family-friendly

Kevin Camarillo
Executive Chef
Meet Chef Kevin "KC" Camarillo, the Executive Chef at Cornerstone Italian Kitchen! Originally from Los Angeles and a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, KC is a well-known figure in the Ellensburg community, having helped launch several local catering services and restaurants. He was also a key part of the team that opened Cornerstone 10 years ago. Now, as Executive Chef, KC is focused on running an organized kitchen and training a skilled staff to bring our
new Italian menu to life.
